Data and deletion
Pause Instagram, disconnect Instagram, cancel the plan, or delete the whole login in Settings. Check a Meta deletion request at sendlinkto.me/deletion.
These actions look similar and do different jobs. Pick one on purpose.

Disconnect one Instagram
DISCONNECT in Type DISCONNECT to confirm, then choose Disconnect and delete data.This does not cancel Billing.
Delete the entire login
Deleting removes every connected Instagram account with its automations, logs, inbox, templates, media and Coach, plus your assistant connections, profile and sign in. A paid plan is cancelled at once with no refund (Google Play stops renewing an app plan). We keep invoices and payment records without your name or email, because tax law requires them. You can sign up again with the same email later as a new, empty account.
A login made through the Shopify app is deleted by uninstalling Send Link To Me in Shopify Admin. If you cannot sign in, email support@sendlinkto.me from your registered address with the subject Delete my account.
Meta revoke and the status page
If you remove Send Link To Me in Instagram or Meta Apps and Websites, Meta calls our data-deletion callback. We process that request.

What we store (short)
Email and session, Instagram account details you connect, encrypted access tokens, automation settings, template media, billing identifiers, comment events and DM outcomes (including commenter ids and usernames needed to send private replies), optional lead fields, marketing page views (IP, approximate location, referrer, campaign tags, visitor cookie), your Trending niche, language and topics, and, if you turn Coach on, Coach notes about watched reels and posts, your Coach profile, voice rules, chats, saved items, weekly reports and daily counts.
Comment and DM logs, and unlinked visitor records, are pruned at about 90 days.
On paid plans, inbox messages, copied media, tags, and notes are kept while the Instagram account is connected, so you can read past conversations. Disconnecting deletes them. Coach data is kept until you turn Coach off or disconnect the account, except these, which go sooner: files you attach in Coach within a day, weekly reports after 26 weeks, trends answers after up to two years, and Coach's daily follower, like and comment counts after 400 days. Trending lists are deleted 7 days after their last refresh.

Settings and profile
Update your name and phone, and turn Email digests on or off. They cover the weekly and monthly summaries, the DM limit emails and the Coach allowance emails. Email is read-only. See your plan and open Billing.
