Events and why a DM did not send
Read automation events. Filter by status, see skip reasons, link opens, and why a comment never became a final DM.
Events is the delivery log for one automation. Title: Events. Lede: Comment matches and DM delivery for this automation.
Logs are kept about 90 days.
Open Events
Empty: No events yet. With live off: When someone comments your keyword, it will show up here. With live on: Live is on. New matches will appear here as they happen. Footer: Load more, then End of events.
Filters
Status (All, clearable):

Matched: Matched or Not matched.
The worker can also write awaiting_confirm and awaiting_lead. Those rows still appear in the table. They are not in the Status dropdown. They look like awaiting confirm and awaiting lead.
Table columns
When, User, Comment, Source, Status, optional Link, Detail.
Source badges: Post, Story, Live.
User badges can include Verified, Follows you, Not following, You follow.
Link (when the offer URL is trackable): Opened with a count, Nudged, Waiting, or None. A nudge can go out about 10 minutes after the offer if they have not opened the link.
Skip reasons (Detail)
When Status is Skipped, Detail shows a machine reason:

Failed and Rate limited are statuses, not skip reasons. Rate limited means Meta's hourly ceiling. We queue and retry. See Meta rules.
Why the offer is not there yet
A row can exist while the funnel is still open:
- They have not tapped Yes, send it over (
awaiting_confirm). - They have not finished I'm Following (
awaiting_follow). - They have not replied with name, email, or phone (
awaiting_lead).
Those steps are not sends. The offer DM is the send.
