Change or cancel a plan

Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from Billing. Grace is 5 days. Lock then a 60-day purge. 14-day money-back when you are eligible.

Change plans on Billing, not Settings. Settings only has View billing.

Cancel plan is not disconnect Instagram, not pause Instagram, and not delete your login. See Data and deletion.

Open Billing

In the sidebar choose Billing, or from Settings choose View billing.
Read Current plan and the meters.
Pick a plan.

Checkout uses Razorpay. India: INR, UPI Autopay available. Other countries: USD, international card. You are charged in the currency shown at Checkout.

If a downgrade needs fewer Instagrams or fewer active automations, the flow asks which accounts and rules stay on.

Upgrade

Open Billing.
Select Basic, Growth, Pro, or Scale. Use Yearly · 2 months free if you want the yearly price.
Finish Checkout.

Growth is the first plan with schedule, media DMs, carousel DMs, and name / email / phone capture.

Grace, lock, and 60-day purge

If a paid renewal fails:

  1. Status can show Payment past due. Grace period or Billing grace period. Grace is 5 days.
  2. After unpaid grace, status is locked. Banner: Account paused: payment required. Processing stops. Data is not deleted at lock.
  3. Pick a plan again. A new billing cycle starts on the day you pay.
  4. Data is kept for 60 days from when the pause started. If you have not paid by then, Instagram product data is purged.

Locked events can show billing_locked.

14-day money-back

If this is your first paid window and moneyback_ends_at is still in the future, Cancel subscription can offer Refund and cancel now. The modal can show money-back available until a date.

After that window: Cancel at period end. No unused-days refund.

Cancel the subscription

On Billing, under Current plan, choose Cancel subscription.
Confirm Cancel subscription?
If the modal asks you to pick accounts or automations, choose which ones stay on. After the period ends nothing is sent until you pick a plan again.
Confirm Refund and cancel now, or Cancel at period end, depending on eligibility.

Cancel does not disconnect Instagram by itself. Tokens can stay. If you also want that Instagram's automations and media gone, use the Instagram account page and type DISCONNECT. If you want the entire login gone, email support@sendlinkto.me with subject Delete my account.

Plans and meters

One Send Link To Me plan per login. Account slots on the login. Active automations and Basic sends per Instagram. What counts as a send, and the alerts at 80% and 100% of a DM limit.

Settings and profile

Update your name and phone, and turn Email digests on or off. They cover the weekly and monthly summaries, the DM limit emails and the Coach allowance emails. Email is read-only. See your plan and open Billing.
