Pricing questions

How plans, sends and billing work.

Is a plan for my whole login or each Instagram account?

One plan covers your Send Link To Me login. You can connect multiple Instagram accounts up to your plan limit and manage them from the same dashboard. Limits apply across that login (account slots) and per Instagram account (automations and Free send caps).

What is a “send” on the pricing page?

A send is a successful final automation DM: when your configured link or template lands in the inbox. The unopened-link follow-up also counts when it goes out. Follower consent prompts, “I’m following” nudges, and duplicate retries do not count toward the monthly send limit. Failed or skipped events (wrong keyword, already replied, rate limited) also do not count. Active automations are rules you leave enabled on posts or Reels.

Do you charge by contacts?

No. Every plan includes unlimited contacts. We meter active automations and monthly sends only, so your bill does not jump just because more people comment or message you.

What are the plan limits?

Basic: 1 Instagram account, 1 automation, 1K sends per account, post now only, text + link DMs. Growth: 2 accounts, 30 automations each, unlimited sends, schedule, media DMs, name/email/phone capture. Pro: 5 accounts, unlimited automations and sends, schedule, media DMs. Scale: 15 accounts, unlimited automations and sends, schedule, media DMs. Every plan includes the Instagram DM inbox and Coach. Yearly plans include 2 months free versus paying month to month. India is billed in INR. All other countries are billed in USD. Amounts are not converted live from rupees. Meta messaging rate limits still apply. Unlimited contacts on every plan.

Is billing live yet?

Yes. Account slots are enforced on your login. Automations and Free monthly final DMs are enforced per Instagram account. On the website, upgrade on the Billing page. Paid website plans bill through Razorpay. India pays in INR. All other countries pay in USD. We receive settlement in INR. UPI Autopay is available on INR plans only. On the Shopify App, paid plans bill through Shopify App Pricing. Shopify collects payment. Change plan in Shopify Admin. The public listing is Coming soon.

Does the AI assistant cost extra?

No. Connecting Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or another assistant is free on every plan, including Free. There are no credits to buy and no add-on or separate AI plan. Anything the assistant creates counts toward your plan's limits, the same as when you do it on the dashboard.

Is there a limit on AI help?

AI help is included on every plan, Free too, with fair use limits of 20 requests a minute and 300 a day for each login. The daily count resets at midnight UTC. If AI is busy, its buttons pause for a moment and the rest of the dashboard keeps working. Inbox voice notes get text for up to 20 minutes of audio per account a day. Coach is separate, with its own monthly allowance on paid plans.

Why might a DM be delayed?

Meta rate limits. Messaging actions are capped at roughly 750 per hour per Instagram account. When you hit that ceiling, we queue and retry so your account stays within the rules. Short delays are normal during busy launches.
