What does Send Link To Me do?
Send Link To Me is Instagram comment-to-DM automation for creators. You connect a Business or Creator account, pick a post or Reel, set a keyword, and choose a DM template. When someone comments that keyword, we send them a private reply that can nudge a follow and keep the conversation in Direct. You can also post a short public reply under their comment.
Do I need a Business or Creator account?
Yes. Meta only allows this kind of automation on Instagram Business or Creator accounts. Personal accounts cannot connect.
Is this allowed by Instagram?
Yes, when you use official APIs. We use Meta's official Instagram Login and Graph APIs with the permissions you approve. We do not scrape Instagram or use unofficial clients. You still need to follow Instagram and Meta Platform Terms.
What is a “send” on the pricing page?
A send is a successful final automation DM: when your configured link or template lands in the inbox. Follower consent prompts, “I’m following” nudges, and duplicate retries do not count toward the monthly send limit. Failed or skipped events (wrong keyword, already replied, rate limited) also do not count. Active automations are rules you leave enabled on posts or Reels.
Do you charge by contacts?
No. Every plan includes unlimited contacts. We meter active automations and monthly final DMs only, so your bill does not jump just because more people comment or message you.
