See what people watch on YouTube, read on the web and look up on Wikipedia in your niche, on every plan. On paid plans, Coach finds this week's trends and says how each could fit you.
There are two ways to see what is trending:
- The Trending page, on every plan: lists from YouTube, the web and Wikipedia for your niche, kept fresh through the day.
- Coach, on paid plans:
/trendsfinds this week's trends in your niche and picks the ones that fit you, and your ideas, scripts and checks use what is trending too.
The Trending page
For you is made for this Instagram account:
- Lists made from your topics, marked For you
- Your niche in your language
- Your niche on YouTube this week, and On the web this week
- Top videos in your niche and in your country
- Wikipedia's most read articles, in the language you pick
Set Your language and Your topics (1 to 5 search words, like saree or handloom) on the page, or press Use my Coach profile's topics. Lists made for you take a moment the first time, and the page fills them in when they are ready.
Around the world shows the lists for any niche and country: India, the United States, the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates, Canada, Australia, or Worldwide.
Each video, article and page opens on its own site in a new tab. Script this and Get hooks open a new Coach chat with that title typed in, and Find trends with Coach sends /trends. On a plan without Coach, these buttons show a lock.
The Trending page is on every plan and never uses your Coach allowance.
Trends in Coach
Send /trends in Coach. Coach finds this week's trends in your niche, region and language, then picks the 1 to 5 that fit you best, with why each fits and one way to ride it in your voice.
- The card shows each trend with what it is, how people make it and the pages it came from. Pages open in a new tab.
- Script this and Get hooks turn a pick into a script or hooks, and Ideas from these turns the picks into ideas.
- Add a niche to focus the search, like
/trends skincare. - You can run up to 4 trend searches a day for each Instagram account, and each one uses your Coach allowance.
Coach also keeps up with what is trending for you, for free:
- Every idea, script, hook, caption, carousel and check gets what is trending for your niche, language and topics, kept fresh every day, and your latest
/trendssearch from the last 14 days. Coach mixes in what fits, in your voice. - Ask Coach what is trending and it answers from today's trends for your niche, which uses none of your allowance.
/trendsruns a deeper search made for you. /ideasincludes 1 or 2 ideas that ride something trending, with a link to where it came from.
Your data
For the Trending page, YouTube and the web search get only search words: a niche, a country and a language, and for lists made for you, up to 5 topic words. They never get your name, email or Instagram username. Lists are deleted 7 days after their last refresh. With Coach on, Coach reads these lists to write your ideas, scripts, captions and checks.
For /trends, the search gets your niche, region and language and a short summary of your Coach profile: your niches, formats, audience and the kinds of things you sell. Never your reels, captions, names, handles, links or prices. The search service may keep the queries for up to 3 days to run its service. Trends stay in the chat where you asked, for up to two years.
