Activity and why someone got no DM

See every comment, live comment, story reply, and DM keyword message an Instagram account received, and what happened to each. Look up one person with Why didn't they get a DM?

Activity is the log for a whole Instagram account. It lists every comment, live comment, story reply, and DM keyword message the account received in the last 90 days, newest first, with what happened to each one. It is on every plan, on the website and in the Shopify app.

For one automation's log, use Events instead.

Open Activity

Open the Instagram account.
In the sidebar under Insights, choose Activity.

Title: Activity. Lede: Every comment and message this account received, and what happened.

Why didn't they get a DM?

Someone says they commented and got nothing? Look them up.

In Why didn't they get a DM?, type their Instagram username, like @alex.
The answer shows the newest thing they sent, where it came from (Comment, Live comment, Story reply, or DM), and when.
Read the plain explanation. When there is a next step, a button takes you there, such as Open automation, Go to automations, View plans, View billing, or Go to Instagram account.

You can also type words from their comment to find it.

If there is nothing from that person in the last 90 days, the answer says so. Check the spelling of the full username, or ask them to comment again. Activity older than 90 days is not kept.
