Turn off or delete an automation
Turn a Send Link To Me automation off so it stops sending and stays saved, or delete it with its stats and the details it collected.
An automation that is Off stays saved but sends no DMs. Delete removes it for good, together with its stats and the details it collected. Neither one disconnects Instagram or cancels your plan.
Statuses you will see

An ended automation cannot be switched on from the list or its page. Hover or focus the switch to see why: This automation has ended. Edit its dates to run it again.
Turn off or on
You can also use the ⋯ menu on a card: Turn off or Turn on.
Turning one on needs a keyword (or Send DM to all comments). If it has none, you see Add a keyword before you turn this on. with an Edit button. If you are at your plan's active automation limit, a dialog explains the limit instead. Turn another automation off to make room.
Delete
The toast reads Automation deleted.
Want to keep the leads and numbers? Turn the automation off instead of deleting it.
To stop all sending on an Instagram account, pause the account or disconnect it on the Instagram account page. See Manage Instagram.
