Schedule posts
Publish now from Send Link To Me, or schedule on Growth and up. See your posts in List, Week, or Month view, and optionally attach a keyword DM in the same flow.
Every plan can publish from the dashboard. Scheduling for later needs Growth or higher. Basic has Post now only.
Before you publish
You need the Content publish permission from Instagram Login. If it is missing: Publish permission needed. Reconnect Instagram from the Instagram account page to allow publishing, then schedule from here.
Daily Instagram publish limit: 25 publishes in 24 hours. Error: Daily Instagram publish limit reached (25).
Open compose
From Automations:
- New post opens compose and treats the keyword DM as part of the flow.
- Schedule opens Schedules.
From Schedules (sidebar, under Publish): title Schedules. Lede: Plan posts, reels, and stories ahead of time. You can attach a keyword DM to each one. The lede also names the time zone your times are in. Buttons: Schedule a post and Schedule a story. On Basic they read New post and New story.
List, Week, and Month views
Switch views at the top of Schedules. The page remembers the view in its link.

| Month | A calendar of the month. Pick a day to see its posts beside the calendar. Schedule for this day plans a post on it. Move with Previous month and Next month, or Today. Arrow keys move between days. |
Add and Schedule for this day show on today and later days, on Growth and up, when the account can publish.
Choose a post in any view to open it. In List and Month, a scheduled post also has Unschedule on its row, and a published post with a keyword DM has View automation.

Hint on compose: Scheduling is on Growth and above. Basic can post now only. You can still post now from Schedule on a lower plan.
Coach in Schedules
With Coach on your plan and turned on for the account:
- Suggested times shows under Schedule time when you schedule a post (not stories): your next good times to post, from when your followers comment and how your posts did. Pick one to fill in the time.
- A scheduled post's page shows Better times to post. Picking one opens Edit with that time filled in, and the post moves only when you save.
- Check with Coach on a scheduled post's page opens Coach with a check of that post before it goes out.

Change or unschedule a post
Only posts that are still scheduled can be changed or unscheduled.
An unscheduled post shows as Unscheduled. After a post is published, Edit automation changes its keyword DM.
Job states
