Several Instagram accounts

Run more than one Instagram account from one login. See them all on All accounts, switch between them, and jump anywhere with Cmd + K on the website dashboard.

One Send Link To Me login can hold several Instagram accounts, up to your plan's slots: Free and Starter 1, Growth 2, Pro 5, Scale 15. Each account has its own automations, inbox, contacts, analytics, and AI checks. The plan and billing are shared by the login. See Plans and meters.

All accounts

With 2 or more Instagram accounts, the first page after you sign in is All accounts: Every Instagram account on your login, and how each one is doing. It works the same on the website and in the Shopify app.

  • Tiles across the login: Instagram accounts, Active automations, Matched comments, and DMs sent. Matched comments and DMs sent cover the last 30 days.
  • Your accounts: one card per account with the @handle, its state, Automations on, DMs sent this cycle, and Last DM.
  • States are a dot plus a word: Connected, Reconnect needed, Paused, or Waiting for Instagram.
  • Order: accounts that need you come first, then active ones, then paused ones.
  • Reconnect shows on a card that needs it. Open goes to that account's Home, or to its Instagram account page when it is paused.
  • Last DM shows on the first 8 cards. Open any account to see its full health.

Banners at the top cover the whole login, such as Reconnect Instagram, Payment past due, or Cancellation scheduled.

With one Instagram account, the first page is that account's Home. With none, it is Connect Instagram.

Switch accounts

Use the account switcher in the sidebar.

Open the switcher. With 2 or more accounts, All accounts is at the top.
Type in Search accounts to filter, then pick an account.
Accounts that need attention show Reconnect needed or Paused next to the name.

Connect account at the bottom adds another one. When every slot is used it reads Account limit reached.

Picking a paused account opens Account paused, where you can choose Re-enable account if your plan has a free slot.

Search and the keyboard shortcut (website dashboard)

On the website dashboard you can jump to any page, account, or automation from the keyboard.

Press Cmd + K on a Mac, or Ctrl + K on Windows and Linux. You can also choose Search in the header.
Type a page name, an @handle, or an automation name in Search pages, accounts and automations.
Use the up and down arrows to move, Enter to open, and Esc to close.

Results are grouped as Recent, Pages, Actions, Accounts, and Automations. Actions include New automation, Start from a recipe, and Schedule a post. Recent items are remembered in this browser only.

The shortcut and Search are on the website dashboard only. The Shopify app does not have them.

Manage Instagram

The Instagram account page. Check connection health and Instagram sending, set up AI checks, reconnect, pause to free a plan slot, or type DISCONNECT to delete that account's data.

Create an automation

Create a Send Link To Me automation from scratch or from a recipe. Pick Post or Reel comments, Story replies, Live comments, or DM keywords, then set the DM, keywords, and name.
