Manage Instagram
The Instagram account page. Check connection health and Instagram sending, set up AI checks, reconnect, pause to free a plan slot, or type DISCONNECT to delete that account's data.
The Instagram account page is where you check and manage one connected Instagram account. Open it from the sidebar under Account. Title: Instagram account. Description: Check the connection, pause, or disconnect this account.
Pause, disconnect, cancel plan, and delete your login are four different actions. See Data and deletion.
What is on the page
From top to bottom:
- Health card: Instagram, Automations, Sending, and Last DM.
- Instagram sending: how much this account sent in the last hour and day. Only for connected accounts.
- AI checks: four optional checks. See AI checks.
- Actions: Connection (Reconnect) and Shared plan (View billing).
- Danger zone: Pause account and Disconnect account.
Health card

Instagram sending
This card shows how close the account is to Instagram's limits. It refreshes every minute.
- Status badge: Normal, Queued, or Paused briefly. The line under it says what that means, for example Sending normally. New comments get their DM right away. When Instagram asks us to slow down, DMs continue on their own and nothing is lost.
- Comment replies this hour: how many of the 700 allowed this hour are used, with a bar for each minute of the last hour.
- Messages sent, last 24 hours: every DM from this account, including welcome buttons and links.
- Posts published: how many posts went out in Instagram's publishing window, against its limit. Only when the account can publish. A carousel counts as one post.
Instagram allows about 750 replies to comments per hour on each account. We stop at 700 to keep your account safe. Messages after someone taps a button, story replies, and Live replies have separate, much higher limits. See Meta rules and send limits.
AI checks
Spam check, Message tags, Lead answer check, and Similar words. All four start off and only watch until you turn one on. See AI checks.
Switch accounts
Use the account switcher in the sidebar. Accounts that need you show a dot and a word:

Add another Instagram
One Instagram identity can belong to only one login (website or Shopify). Details: Connect Instagram.
Pause (frees a slot, stays connected)
Pause stops replies and turns off the automations on this account. It stays connected and nothing is deleted. Your subscription does not change. The slot frees so you can connect or re-enable another account.
The page then shows This account is paused: comments on that account are not answered while it is paused.
To resume, choose Re-enable account. If every slot on your plan is in use, it explains that you need to pause another account first, or upgrade.
Reconnect needed
After a password change or a security update, Instagram can end the session. Automations pause until you reconnect.
- Health card and Home: Reconnect needed. Instagram ended the session. Reconnect to start sending again.
- Connection on this page: Instagram ended this session. Reconnect and choose @username in Meta, not a different account.
- All accounts banner: Reconnect Instagram. The @username needs to be reconnected.
Wrong profile: Meta authorized a different Instagram account than the one you are reconnecting. Pick the same @username in Instagram and try again.
Disconnect (type DISCONNECT)
Disconnect deletes this Instagram's connection, automations, logs, templates, and media. It does not cancel your Send Link To Me subscription. You must rebuild automations if you connect again.
DISCONNECT.DISCONNECT is only for this Instagram account. It is not pause, not cancel plan, and not delete login. Manage the plan from Billing. Delete the whole login by email. See Data and deletion.
Shared plan
Under Actions, Shared plan names your plan, for example Your Growth plan covers every connected Instagram account. View billing opens Billing to change slots or cancel. See Plans and meters.
