One Send Link To Me plan per login. Account slots on the login. Active automations and Basic sends per Instagram. What counts as a send, and the alerts at 80% and 100% of a DM limit.
One plan covers your Send Link To Me login. Connect multiple Instagram accounts up to that slot limit and manage them from the same dashboard.
Account slots apply across the login. Active automations and the Basic send cap apply per Instagram. Contacts are unlimited on every plan.
Paid plans bill through Razorpay. India is billed in INR. All other countries are billed in USD. Amounts are not converted live from rupees. You are charged in the currency shown at Checkout. Free trial
Every new account on the website and the Android app starts with 14 days of every feature: up to 5 Instagram accounts, unlimited automations and sends, the inbox, scheduling and AI Coach. No card is needed.
- The top bar and Billing show how many days are left. Three days before the end you get an email.
- Pick a plan any time on Billing. It starts the day you pay and the trial ends then. If your new plan allows fewer accounts or automations than you set up, you choose which stay on.
- During the trial Coach has its own allowance for the whole 14 days, and your first paid plan starts with its own full allowance.
- If the 14 days end before you pick a plan, your automations pause until you do. Nothing is deleted, and everything starts again the moment you pay.
Each login gets one trial. The Shopify app has its own Free plan instead.

The Instagram DM inbox lets you read and reply to every DM, tag people, keep notes, and save replies. Inbox replies are never counted as sends.
Also on every plan: keyword DMs, posts / Reels / stories / live, text templates, follow gate, post now, delivery logs, contact export, official Meta APIs, live chat and email support.
∞ in the app means Unlimited.

What counts as a send
A send is a successful final offer DM: the configured link or template lands in the inbox.
These do not count:
- The welcome confirm and Yes, send it over
- Visit Profile and I'm Following
- Name, email, or phone questions
- Duplicate retries
- Failed or skipped events (wrong keyword, already replied, rate limited, own comment)
Unlimited means no product cap. Meta hourly limits still apply (about 750 messaging actions per hour per Instagram).
Free: 1,000 final DMs per connected Instagram each month. After that, events show plan_send_cap.
When you near your DM limit
On a plan with a DM limit (Free on the website), Send Link To Me tells you before DMs stop. Each Instagram account is counted on its own.

- Home banner: on that account's Home, with View plans. It names a plan with more DMs when there is one.
- Toast: if you have the dashboard open when an account crosses 80% or 100%, a toast says so, also with View plans.
- Email: the subject is You have used 80% of your DMs on @username, or @username reached its DM limit. It goes to your login email once per account and limit. It follows Email digests in Settings: with Email digests off you still get the banner and the toast, but no email. See Settings and profile.
In the Shopify app, plans with a monthly DM limit work the same way, and the banner says when DMs start again.
After the limit, new matches are skipped with plan_send_cap. See Events and why a DM did not send.
Coach allowance
Each paid plan includes a monthly allowance for Coach, and a bigger plan has a bigger allowance. In the Shopify app, Growth and Pro include Coach, and Free does not. Coach shows the allowance as a percent used and the day it resets, and Billing shows it too. One allowance covers every Instagram account on your login.
Learning each Instagram account the first time and its first ideas are free, and so are best times and confirming what Coach sets up. Everything else uses the allowance, including relearning, reel and post checks, trend searches and the weekly coach. The Trending page never uses it.

You are never charged extra, and your automations keep working while Coach is paused. The email follows Email digests in Settings.

- Account Home: Automations on and DMs sent this cycle.
- All accounts: Automations on and DMs sent this cycle on each account card.
- Settings: Instagram accounts, Automations on (busiest account), and DMs sent this cycle (busiest account), then View billing.
- Billing: your plan and usage.
Active automations are rules left On and not Ended. Rules that are Off do not count. See Pause and delete.
Connected accounts and accounts that show Reconnect needed use a slot. Paused accounts do not. See Manage Instagram and Several Instagram accounts.
