Terms of Service

These Terms explain how Send Link To Me ("we", "us", or "our") provides the service at https://sendlinkto.me. By creating an account or using Send Link To Me, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

These Terms are a product policy summary for clarity. They are not a substitute for advice from your own counsel.

Send Link To Me is a self-serve SaaS for Instagram comment-to-DM automation at sendlinkto.me.

Send Link To Me helps creators, businesses, and agencies automate Instagram comment-to-DM interactions using Meta official APIs. Customers connect their own Instagram Professional accounts and configure automations through the platform.

You can use Send Link To Me on the website dashboard at https://app.sendlinkto.me, or as the Shopify App.

On the Shopify App, merchants can attach catalog products, unique offer codes, and shop links in the private reply.

Features and limits may change as we ship improvements. Material changes to how we use Meta APIs are reflected on the Meta usage policy page at https://sendlinkto.me/meta-policy.

Website accounts must provide accurate registration details. Website sign-in uses email one-time passwords (OTP) or Google.

The Shopify App signs you in through Shopify Admin using an App Bridge session token. There is no email login in the Shopify App.

You are responsible for keeping access to your email, Shopify Admin, and account secure, and for all activity under your login or shop.

You may use the service only for lawful purposes and only for Instagram accounts you are authorized to manage.

You may only connect Instagram accounts that you own or are authorized to manage.

Accounts must be Instagram Business or Creator accounts, as required by Meta. Personal accounts cannot connect.

You must comply with Meta Platform Terms and Instagram rules. If Meta restricts your account, we may not be able to send messages or run automations.

You configure keywords, private-reply messages, links, media, and optional public comment replies.

Shopify automations may also include catalog cards, unique discount codes, and checkout or product links on that shop.

You are responsible for that content, including whether it is accurate, lawful, and allowed by Instagram and applicable law.

We send configured replies through official Meta Graph APIs when a matching top-level comment arrives, within Meta messaging windows, rate limits, and your plan limits.

Do not use the service to spam, harass, scam, defraud, or send misleading content.

Do not use the service for illegal activity, unauthorized access, or to violate Instagram, Meta, or applicable law.

Do not attempt to scrape Instagram, bypass Meta rate limits with unofficial clients, abuse Instagram APIs, or reverse engineer our systems beyond normal use.

Send Link To Me is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. or Instagram.

Instagram and Meta control API access, messaging windows, and account policies. Outages or policy changes on their side may affect delivery.

By connecting Instagram, you acknowledge Meta Platform Terms and Instagram policies.

Published pricing describes limits for your Send Link To Me login: Instagram account slots, automations per account, and monthly final DMs. One subscription covers the Instagram accounts allowed by your plan.

On the website, payments are processed by Razorpay. You are charged in the currency shown at Checkout (INR in India, USD everywhere else). The billing page defaults to your last paid currency. You can start a new Checkout in INR or USD. Switching currency while a paid plan is active uses a new Checkout, then cancels the previous subscription and refunds unused days. We receive settlement in INR. Recurring charges run at the start of each billing period. Failed payments enter a short grace window. If grace ends unpaid, we cancel the paid subscription, park the login on Free, and pause processing until you either pay for a plan again (new billing cycle from the payment date) or explicitly continue on Free after fitting Free Instagram and automation limits. Product data is retained for 60 days from the pause, then deleted if neither path is completed.

On the website, plan changes always use a new Checkout for the destination plan. Your current plan stays active until that payment succeeds. We then cancel the previous subscription and refund unused days on the previous plan. Your billing anniversary may reset to the change date. UPI Autopay is INR only. USD plans charge by international card.

On the website, when you downgrade to a plan with fewer Instagram account or automation slots, you choose which stay active before payment. Excess accounts are paused (not deleted) when the lower plan takes effect. You can also pause an Instagram account yourself to free a plan slot without disconnecting.

On the website, new paid subscribers may cancel with a one-time money-back refund within 14 days of first paid activation. After that window, cancellation takes effect at period end with no refund for unused days.

On the Shopify App, paid plans bill through Shopify App Pricing. Shopify collects payment. Send Link To Me never sees a card number. Change or cancel a paid Shopify plan in Shopify Admin. Billing in the app opens Shopify.

Disconnecting an Instagram account does not cancel your Send Link To Me subscription. On the website, cancel billing from Settings. On the Shopify App, change or cancel the plan in Shopify Admin. Uninstalling the Shopify app stops processing for that shop. Disconnecting deletes that account product data as described in the Privacy Policy at https://sendlinkto.me/privacy.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if payment fails after the grace window, if a Shopify plan is unpaid or frozen, or if Meta restricts the connected Instagram account or our app access.

You may stop using the service at any time. On the website, cancel billing from Settings. On the Shopify App, cancel in Shopify Admin or uninstall the app. Email us to request full account deletion.

Sections that by their nature should survive (including prohibited use, intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law) continue after termination.

The Send Link To Me name, site, and software are owned by Send Link To Me. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse them except as needed to use the service.

You retain rights in the content you configure (templates, links, media you upload). You grant us a limited license to store and transmit that content solely to provide the automations you set up.

How we use Meta and Instagram APIs and Platform Data is described on the Meta usage policy page at https://sendlinkto.me/meta-policy.

The service is provided as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted delivery of every DM.

Delivery depends on Meta APIs, Instagram account status, messaging windows, rate limits, and your plan. We queue and retry within those rules.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Send Link To Me is not liable for lost profits, lost leads, or Meta enforcement actions arising from your content or campaigns.

Our total liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim, except where law does not allow that limit.

We may update these Terms as the product changes. The Last updated date on this page is the current version.

Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes to how we use Meta APIs are also reflected on the Meta usage policy page.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply, courts in Chennai, India have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms. This is a product policy summary. Have your own counsel review it for your situation.
