# Weekly summary and missed requests (/docs/weekly-summary)

Once a week, Send Link To Me reads one Instagram account's own numbers and writes two things for you: a short summary of the week on Analytics, and the requests your keywords missed. Both are on every plan, on the website and in the Shopify app.

## Weekly summary [#weekly-summary]

The summary sits at the top of **Analytics**. It covers one full week, Monday to Sunday (UTC), and does not change with the range switch.

* **Title:** Last week, or Week of October 5 for an older week. The line under it names the days and when it was written, like October 5 to October 11. Updated Monday, October 12.
* **Up to 4 short findings,** such as how the week compared with the one before, your top automation, requests that nothing answered, or a tip.
* **A link on most findings,** for example to an automation, to [Activity](/docs/activity), to Analytics for the last 7 days, or to a new automation with suggested keywords filled in.
* **A last line** counts the comments and DMs that matched no keyword by what people wanted, for example: 14 wanted the link, 6 asked about price, 2 complaints.

Every number comes from your account's own data. A finding with a number that is not in your data is left out.

### When it shows up [#when-it-shows-up]

The summary appears after a week with **20 or more comments and DMs** on that account. Until then, an account with some activity shows Weekly summary: Shows up here after a week with 20 or more comments and DMs. An account with no comments yet shows nothing.

## Missed requests [#missed-requests]

On the page this is called **What people asked for that matched nothing**. You find it in two places:

* **Activity**, under Why didn't they get a DM?
* **DM setup**, at the bottom of the Missed demand card.

It groups the comments, story replies, live comments, and DMs from the last 30 days that matched no keyword by what people meant. DMs count once the account has a DM keyword automation.

Each group shows:

* A short label for what people asked for.
* How many messages, such as 12 messages. Repeats count, so this is messages, not people.
* Up to 3 examples of what they wrote.
* Suggested keywords taken from those messages.
* **Create an automation**.

The first 3 groups show, then **Show N more** opens the rest (up to 6). The card says when it was last updated.

### Create an automation from a group [#create-an-automation-from-a-group]

<Steps>
  <Step>
    Choose

    **Create an automation**

     on a group.
  </Step>

  <Step>
    New automation opens with the suggested keywords filled in. If you have an unfinished automation, you choose

    **Continue draft**

     or

    **Start new automation**

     first.
  </Step>

  <Step>
    Pick the trigger and finish the steps as usual. See

    [Create an automation](/docs/create-automation)

    .
  </Step>
</Steps>

Keywords that an automation which is on already uses are not suggested again. A group whose suggestions are all in use is hidden.

## Good to know [#good-to-know]

* Both are rebuilt once a week, for accounts with 20 or more comments and DMs that week.
* A group needs at least 3 similar messages.
* Nothing shows while they load, if they fail to load, or when there is nothing to show.
* They only read the account you are looking at.
