# Settings and profile (/docs/settings-and-profile)



Settings is Your account. Lede: Update profile details, email digests, and see how this login uses your plan.

There is no device or session list. Log out from the profile menu ends this browser's session only.

## Update name and phone [#update-name-and-phone]

    Open Settings.

    Edit Name (required) and Phone (required, full international number).
  </Step>

  <Step>
    When the form is dirty you see Unsaved changes.
  </Step>

  <Step>
    Choose Save changes. While it runs: Saving… Toast: Profile saved.
  </Step>
</Steps>

If nothing changed, Save stays off.

## Email is read-only [#email-is-read-only]

The Email field is disabled. Sign-in uses email one-time codes. Use Live chat support if you need to change your email.

## Email digests [#email-digests]

Toggle weekly and monthly summaries. Toasts: Email digests turned on or Email digests turned off.

## Plan meters on Settings [#plan-meters-on-settings]

The Plan block repeats Instagram accounts, Automations, and Private reply sends. Choose Open Billing to upgrade or cancel. See [Plans and meters](/docs/plans-and-meters).
