# Plans and meters (/docs/plans-and-meters)



One plan covers your Send Link To Me **login**. Connect multiple Instagram accounts up to that slot limit and manage them from the same dashboard.

**Account slots** apply across the login. **Active automations** and the Free send cap apply **per Instagram**. Contacts are unlimited on every plan.

Paid plans bill through Razorpay. India is billed in INR. All other countries are billed in USD. Amounts are not converted live from rupees. You are charged in the currency shown at Checkout. ## What counts as a send [#what-counts-as-a-send]

A send is a **successful final offer DM**: the configured link or template lands in the inbox.

These do **not** count:

* The welcome confirm and **Yes, send it over**
* **Visit Profile** and **I'm Following**
* Name, email, or phone questions
* Duplicate retries
* Failed or skipped events (wrong keyword, already replied, rate limited, own comment)

Unlimited means no **product** cap. [Meta hourly limits](/docs/meta-rules) still apply (about 750 messaging actions per hour per Instagram).

Free: 1,000 final DMs per connected Instagram each month. After that, events show `plan_send_cap`.

## Where to read meters [#where-to-read-meters]

* Account Home: Active automations, Private reply sends.
* Settings: Instagram accounts, Automations, Private reply sends, then Open Billing.
* Billing: Current plan and usage.

Active automations are rules left **On** and not Ended. Paused rules do not count. See [Pause and delete](/docs/pause-delete).

Connected and Needs reconnect accounts use a slot. Paused accounts do not. See [Manage Instagram](/docs/manage-instagram).
