# Create your account (/docs/create-account)



Sign up and sign in share one page. There is no password. Use Google, or we email a 6-digit code. Free to start. No credit card required.

## Before you start [#before-you-start]

You need an email you can open right now. If you later connect Instagram from Shopify Admin, that login is separate. A Shopify-managed email cannot sign in here. You will see: This account is managed in Shopify Admin. Open Send Link To Me from your Shopify store.

## Sign in or create account [#sign-in-or-create-account]

    Choose Continue with Google, or type your email and choose Send code.

    If you use email, enter the 6-digit code, then choose Verify.

    The first successful verify creates the account. Later visits use the same page.

### Email one-time code [#email-one-time-code]

The screen says Enter the 6-digit code. The subtitle is Code sent to your masked email. It expires in a few minutes.

What the product actually enforces:

* The code is 6 digits and lasts **10 minutes**.
* Resend waits **60 seconds**. The button is Resend.
* You can request about **10 codes per email per hour**. After that you see Wait with a countdown.
* **5 wrong tries** on the latest code. Then you see Too many attempts. Request a new code.
* Expired codes show Code expired. Request a new one.
* A bad or used code shows Invalid or expired code.

Use a different email if you typed the wrong address.

  A failed send shows Could not send verification email. Try again shortly. Check spam if the inbox stays empty.

### Continue with Google [#continue-with-google]

Google skips the code. You need a verified Google email.

If Google fails you may see:

* Google sign-in was cancelled or denied. Try again.
* Google did not provide a verified email. Use email OTP or another Google account.
* Google sign-in failed. Try again or use email OTP.
* Google sign-in is not configured yet. Use email OTP.
* Google sign-in expired. Click Continue with Google again.

## Complete your profile [#complete-your-profile]

After you reach the dashboard, a blocking modal can appear: Complete your profile.

    Enter Phone with the country picker. The number must be a full international number (E.164: plus sign, then 8 to 15 digits).

You cannot dismiss this modal with Escape or a click outside. It stays until name and phone are valid. Errors: Name is required, or Enter a valid phone number.

  The modal mounts on the main dashboard shell. The first Connect Instagram welcome screen does not show it. If you connect Instagram first, you will still need to finish the profile the next time you land in the app shell.

## What the Free plan includes [#what-the-free-plan-includes]

Free includes one Instagram account, one active automation, and 1,000 monthly **final** DMs on that account. Contacts stay unlimited. You can post now from the dashboard. Scheduling, media DMs, carousel DMs, and name, email, or phone capture start on Growth.

You do not need a card to try a real private reply. Upgrade later from [Billing](/docs/plans-and-meters) if you need more accounts, automations, media, or a schedule.

## After you sign in [#after-you-sign-in]

You land on Home. If no Instagram is connected, the welcome screen says You're in. Connect Instagram to unlock it. Next: [Connect Instagram](/docs/connect-instagram), then [Your first automation](/docs/first-automation).

To change name, phone, or email digests later, see [Settings and profile](/docs/settings-and-profile). To leave, use Log out in the profile menu. The session cookie lasts 30 days.
